Terms of Service

At Waggin' Tails NYC, we offer dog walking (30- and 60-minute sessions) and in-home pet sitting services, including half-day, full-day, and overnight stays. Every visit includes feeding, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of love and attention. We serve pets throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Queens.

Before your first booking, we offer a complimentary meet & greet to get to know you and your pet. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or credit. Same-day cancellations may result in a partial charge, though we’re flexible in cases of weather or emergencies.

All pets in our care must be up to date on vaccinations, and any health issues or behavioral concerns must be shared in advance. We reserve the right to decline service if a pet poses a risk to safety. Clients must provide secure home access instructions (keys, codes, etc.), which will always be treated with respect and confidentiality.

In an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unavailable, we’ll take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the owner. During extreme weather, walks may be shortened or replaced with indoor play to ensure your pet’s well-being.

With your permission, we may share photos of your pet on our social media for fun updates — no names or personal information will be included without your consent. Payment is due before or at the time of service. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, etc., and late payments may be subject to fees.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. To provide our services, we collect only necessary information: your name, contact details, emergency contact info, pet care needs, home access instructions, and payment preferences (if applicable). This information is used solely to deliver pet care, schedule visits, and keep you updated.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Your data may only be shared with your permission, in the case of emergencies, or when legally required. All personal and access details are securely stored and only accessible to authorized staff.

If you allow us to share photos of your pet for updates or social media, we promise to keep it fun, respectful, and free of personal details. You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
